- soit noter des termes qui t’interpellent en même temps qu’on te parle, mais dans ce cas-là il te faudra bien reprendre tes phrases plus tard ;
- ou encore, attendre d’avoir un moment de pause pour noter tout ce qu’on t’aura présenté et expliqué. Bien-sûr, n’attends pas la fin de la journée pour tout noter ! Le top, c’est d’avoir une pause toutes les 2 heures et de réécrire ce que tu auras vu jusque-là.
